Card What it shows When it is shown
Product The open balance split into Financed without Recourse, Financed with Recourse, Service and Recourse. Clients that use factoring
Overdue The current open balance split into Not Overdue, 1-15 Days, 16-30 Days, 31-60 Days and 61+ Days. Always
Ledger The balance at the end of each month, or of each week in a month you pick with Choose Month, split by product or by overdue period. The history is refreshed nightly. Always
Financing Rate The average financing rate, chosen with the Weekly and Monthly selector. Weekly shows the last 12 weeks, or the weeks of a month you pick with Choose Month. Monthly shows the last four months. Only when the three conditions below are met
Limit Summary The Financing Limit with Amount, Used and Available, of which Recourse Limit when recourse is used, and each group limit. Clients that use factoring
Ledger (right column) Ledger Balance, Invoice Balance, Credit Invoice Balance, Financing Balance, Recourse Financing Balance, Service Balance excl. Recoursed and Recoursed Balance. Clients without factoring see a Summary card with the Open Ledger, Expired Ledger and Collection Ledger instead. Always
Latest Notes The newest notes that are visible to the client, next to the dashboard. Always, but it shows an error instead of notes when the user lacks the right to search notes

A client counts as using factoring when its factoring product is enabled, or when it has a global credit limit above zero.

  • Invoices only. The Product and Overdue charts count invoices and leave credit invoices out. The info icon on the Overdue card says so: “Current outstanding balance (excluding credit invoices)”. The Ledger card shows the Invoice Balance and the Credit Invoice Balance on separate rows, and the Ledger chart can show both types.
  • Four products. The charts and the Ledger card count invoices on the invoice service, factoring sell, reminder service and collection service products. Collection service invoices are included.

A total on the dashboard can therefore differ from a total taken from the invoice list, if the list contains credit invoices or other invoice types.

Click a slice to open the invoices behind it. Click an entry in the legend above a donut to hide or show that slice, it does not open anything. Hide all the other entries and the remaining slice fills the donut. A very small slice is drawn at a minimum size but can still be hard to hit, so hiding the others is the easiest way to get at it.

The Financing Rate chart is shown only when all three of these are true:

  • The user holds the right to read factoring statistics. See the rights catalogue.
  • The client has the factoring product enabled.
  • The system setting ENABLE_FINANCING_RATE_GRAPH is true. It is off by default. Find it in the Operations Portal under Environment > System > Settings, where Edit changes it, or ask Quiddly support to switch it on.

The Limit Summary, Latest Notes and the Financing Rate chart each need a right. A client user gets it through the CLIENT role, which affects every client user. When you open the Client Portal from the Operations Portal your own role is used, for example SYSTEM, so the right must be on that role too. See How rights work: rights, roles and users.
