⚙️ Client Debtor Actions Menu (Three-dot Menu)

Section titled “⚙️ Client Debtor Actions Menu (Three-dot Menu)”

Located in the top-right corner, this menu allows you to execute immediate management actions related to the client debtor.

Action Name Description
Add task Creates a new task or follow-up action related to this client debtor.
Client debtor history Opens the change log of this client debtor. See below.

The fields in the Client Debtor View can be edited directly. Click Save at the bottom of the page when you are done.

Next to Save is the checkbox Update open invoices?. It is ticked by default. When it is ticked, the new values (name, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, addresses, VAT number, GLN, Peppol ID, language and so on) are also written to every invoice of the debtor that is not closed, stopped or denied financing. Invoices keep their own copy of the debtor data, so without the tick the correction applies only to invoices created from now on. Untick it if open invoices should keep the old details.

Client debtor history in the actions menu lists the changes made to the client debtor. The columns are Change date, Type, Field name, Old value, New value and Changed by. It logs changes, not creation. Filling in a value for the first time, for example adding a payout account or a custom attribute that did not exist before, is not logged. Changing it afterwards is.

An e-invoice failed because Peppol or GLN information is missing

Section titled “An e-invoice failed because Peppol or GLN information is missing”
  1. Open the client debtor and expand E-invoice.

  2. Enter the Peppol ID (for example 0007:5560001234), or the E-invoice reference B2B if the debtor is identified by GLN, and click Save. Leave Update open invoices? ticked so the open invoices get the new identifier.

  3. Send the invoice again: use Queue retry of distribution on the failed distribution under Environment -> Distributions, or send a copy of the invoice (see Send an invoice copy).
